Hera
was the first progeny of the eventing stallion,
Heritage Neptune.
Her full brother has been racing and was 4th
in a Stakes race and 2nd in his last race
and now comes home to prepare for the SEIB
Most Promising Event Horse Champioships at
HOYS for more info click

This mare was top class. She led the dressage
at her first PreNovice (2nd event) and is
really bold XC. She has been placed in unaffiliated
dressage, hunter trials and show jumping in
preparation to go eventing.
She was competing in British Novice &
Discovery and is up and eventing at the moment.
She had the easiest temperament and is sure
to make it to the top.
On the 26th July, Hera competed in her second
Intro at Little Downham. She produced a good
dressage, one down in SJ and clear and fast
XC. Her run in the preNovice at Gt Witchingham
had boosted her confidence massively as she
jumped out the start box at LD and settled
straight away into a good galloping stride.
She continued the whole course with no faulter
and came in with 3 penalites for going too
quick. This unfortunately dropped us from
8th to 11th. Hera competed in her second PreNovice
at Somerleyton Horse Trials (15/9/02) producing
an excellent Dressage and cruising around
the XC to produce a faultless round inside
the time. Unfortunatly, again we had a couple
of show jumps down but she finished 10th.
She will now spend the winter concentrating
on her jumping ready to campaign at Novice
next year.
I have rarely produced a young horse who
after only three outings is jumping all the
straight routes and feels like an experienced
advanced horse.
This mare was a real Cross Country machine.
